Precision Shares Insights on Fund Services & Compliance in the Tokenized Era

On 10 December 2025, Precision Fund Services participated in the “Driving Future Assets: Tokenized Funds and the New RWA Ecosystem within a Compliance Framework” sharing session held at Cyberport, Hong Kong. The event brought together industry professionals from legal, technology, asset issuance, fund services, and ecosystem development to discuss practical and compliant operational models for tokenized funds.

During the session, our CEO, Allen Li, shared insights into the operational architecture of tokenized funds, outlining an end-to-end framework that integrates traditional fund administration with on-chain execution and compliance controls. He highlighted the closed-loop operational process, which encompasses investment management oversight, compliance review, token issuance and destruction, and cross-party coordination.

Allen also walked through the subscription and redemption workflows under an investment manager review & approval framework, including investor onboarding, AML/KYC/KYT/KYW checks, token minting upon subscription approval, and token burning following approved redemptions.

In addition, he outlined the respective roles of key participants within the tokenized fund ecosystem—legal advisors, custodians, blockchain agents, distributors, fund administrators, and auditors—and addressed common operational challenges such as on-chain and off-chain record synchronization, pricing transparency, and consistent compliance reconciliation across different fund structures.

The session emphasized the importance of a robust compliance foundation, well-defined operational workflows, and seamless collaboration among service providers.
